Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join and lead a dynamic team at the busy Perth Airport.

Reporting in to the Senior Leadership team you will be supporting volume operations while coaching, inspiring and leading a large team to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service with a focus on creating a high performance sales culture


AS THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER YOU WILL:

  • Support senior leaders and the store teams to ensure delivery of an exceptional customer journey
  • Inspire, coach and build a high performance sales culture
  • Maximise the retail contribution
  • Ensure rostering is costed and in line with business needs
  • Provide clear communication and consistent feedback to Senior Managers regarding all KPI's
  • Identify any training gaps and implement performance development plans
  • Maintain high standards of VM, housekeeping, and stock levels to ensure exceptional customer perception
  • Ensure all customer expectations are met with specialised after sales care
  • Ensure all company standards, policies & procedures and strict compliance measures of all team members and key stakeholders are adhered to at all times
  • Support the timely and effective execution of product launches and promotional activity

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Full availability across seven days including early starts
  • Min 2 years in a managerial position of a large turnover store
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Sales driven and results focused
  • Strong commercial acumen and merchant mentality
  • Knowledge & experience of international brands across diverse categories
  • Demonstrate strengths with initiative and an ability to act with pace
  • People focused leadership skills
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • A critical thinker and solutions focused
