Our Watch is a national leader of primary prevention of violence against women and their children. Our vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence. Our role is to stop violence before it starts. We work to embed gender equality and prevent violence where Australians live, learn, work and socialise.


About the role
This role is a varied administrative support role which will provide great variety.

You will be responsible for providing EA support to the Director of Corporate Services and Business Transformation, ad-hoc administrative support to the broader corporate services functions (HR, Quality/Risk, Finance & Business Transformation) as well as managing our Melbourne CBD office to ensure it is running effectively.


About you
We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant with exceptional organisational skills. You enjoy variety and supporting a range of administrative tasks and are skilled at prioritising your workload.


As the "face of the office" your ability to develop and maintain relationships with Our Watch staff and visitors is crucial.


This role will provide great exposure for anyone looking for a career in a business function such as HR, Finance or Risk - or alternatively looking to grow into an Executive Assistant role.
