The Indigenous Law and Justice Hub

The Indigenous Law and Justice Hub is an initiative that aims to produce high-quality legal research and support Indigenous voices in Criminal Justice and Treaty fields.

It also seeks to enhance the education of Indigenous students at the Melbourne Law School, as well as build Indigenous research capacity by attracting Indigenous researchers from across Australia and the world.

The Program Manager will play a vital role in achieving the initiative's far-reaching impact.


About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Hub's work program, with a focus on supporting and advising the Hub's Director and the Associate Dean Indigenous.
  • Developing a communication strategy to strengthen and support the accessibility of research and other tools to help Indigenous communities to achieve their goals
  • Assisting the Hub Director in managing funding arrangements, reporting requirements, financial management, and liaison with university staff and representation at key events to grow funding opportunities for the Hub.
