200,000 people in aged care and hospitals every year. Their support doesn't come through direct services but through using programs to

impact the well-being and mental health of patients during what can be difficult times.

As well as directly interacting with a variety of patients, this charity also

funds crucial research into improving quality of life through

creative and alternative ways and delivers workshops to health professionals that can support the ongoing delivery of day-to-day programs for participants.


The Role - Philanthropy Manager
As Philanthropy Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Fundraising to develop the

Community & Event Fundraising strategy, then you will be responsible for the implementation of these activities.

This will include

developing their first Community Fundraising Event and nurturing existing community fundraisers to make this a success.

The philanthropic aspect of the role's responsibilities includes

prospecting and cultivating high-net-worth donor relationships within their database. It will also play a key part in considering bequest giving as part of the growth strategy.
