  • 6am / 7am start 2:30 / 3:30pm finish Monday-Fridays
  • Hourly rate open to negotiation
We are searching for an experienced Electrical / Instrumentation Technician to join our vibrant team.

The ideal person will come from a similar background having worked as a E&I technician.


Skills/Tickers/Licences required:


  • 3 years plus experience post instrumentation qualification
  • Driver licence mandatory
  • Construction White card mandatory
  • Electrical Licence mandatory
- instrumentation cert III or IV - mandatory

  • EWP mandatory
  • Hazardous area desirable
  • Working at Heights desirable
  • HV Switching desirable
  • CPR/LVR desirable
  • Chemical/ Major Hazards Facility experience is beneficial

Your responsibilities:


  • Carrying out maintenance of E&I assets, including HV/ LV reticulation, MCCs, Motors, VFDs, Controllers, field instruments for process control (pressure, level, temperature and flow measurement, analysers, and control devices) etc.
  • Managing PM schedules, Work Orders, Spare Parts, Timesheets, Assets etc. using CMMS
  • Troubleshooting and rectification of E&I related faults
  • Managing spare parts inventory and procurement of required spares
  • Managing technical documentation related to E&I and maintenance record keeping
  • Proposing and carrying out modifications related to safety, reliability, or obsolescence, while complying to MOC process
  • Complying to site process safety fundamentals like PTW, LOTO, JSA, RCA etc.
  • Carrying out any assigned safety actions, E&I incident investigations, training, MOCs etc.
  • Procuring necessary E&I equipment as part of breakdown maintenance or tackling obsolescence
