Responsibilities:

Assist the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and team management
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Mentor and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the premises to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail management essential
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment
Flexibility to work weekends as needed
A passion for health and beauty with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Completion of year 12 is required; professional beauty and makeup training is advantageous but not essential
