_Day to day duties & experience required:_
- _Take full responsibility for the management of a high-profile client as well as a number of other smaller accounts_
- _Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner to maintain a smooth relationship_
- _Track KPI's to ensure client satisfaction _
- _Oversee a team of Technicians that know the site well and ensure work schedules are being adhered to_
- _Look to maximise and expand your designated account_
- _Must have NSW Drivers License_
- _Must have knowledge of the fire industry_
- _Trade background in fire would be hugely preferred_
