The company
The position
The position on offer will be required to assist in all facets needed to run a small business.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Reception & general admin duties
- Prepare quotes, process orders, visuals and artwork
- Data/order entry
- Following up on customer enquiries
- Any ad hoc duties like kitchen and office tidiness
- Follow up with suppliers and customers to ensure every order is met.
The requirements
To succeed in this position you will be highly organised the ability to multi task to meet specific deadlines.
You will be able to work with a well-established small team, demonstrate initiative, be able to work autonomously, and enjoy a relaxed and informal work culture.
You will require:
- Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and maturity
- Selfmotivation, drive, and a cando attitude
- Knowledge and skill in Adobe's software (preferred but not essential)
