The opportunity

Experienced delivering exceptional customer service.
Continue to learn and grow your knowledge through an everchanging variety of situations and challenges
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and supporting them through their recovery
Work in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
Managed end to end claims with the help of your leaders
Let's talk flexible working

About you

Insurance claims or allied health experienced highly advantageous
Be customer focused and genuinely care about people
Be resilient and not easily overwhelmed (sometimes it can be tough assisting people through a vulnerable time in their life)
The confidence to make decisions and be empowered
Be able to actively listen to people and guide people through the claims process in a natural and emphatic manner on the phone
Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systems
