About your new role


Reporting into the Projects Commercial Manager, as the Project Administrator, your role will be to support the Property Development Team by completing project administrative requirements to assist with the successful delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Management of project accounting processes including raising Purchase Orders, tracking expenditure and processing of invoices
  • Maintain confidential records and filing of plans, reports, correspondence, and related material of retrieval
  • Document accurate minutes at meetings and distribute minutes of the meeting in a timely manner to all relevant parties
  • Use automated office systems to facilitate room bookings, purchase requisitions and capital appropriation requests to meet office requirements and work deadlines
  • Assist project managers in the preparation and management of project schedules, issues and risk registers, and change registers
  • Prepare project communications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ideally tertiary qualified in business administration.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level attention to detail, coordination, communications and organisational skills.
  • Change management experience desirable.
