About the Opportunity
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Product & Technology Support Agent.


You'll be working closely with our technology Product Owners to provide timely and effective support to retail staff and customers, and work to create a friction-less customer and consultant sales experience across the business.

What you will be doing:


  • Support for frontline staff including retail pointofsales systems and instore technology (eftpos terminals, phones, printers, etc)
  • Identify and quantify opportunities to improve the retail sales experience and end user experience based on reporting trends
  • Assist with user acceptance testing of system upgrades and enhancements to ensure delivered solutions meet strict quality assurance standards, including thorough documentation of test scenarios and outcomes
  • Ensure knowledge share on proper use of business systems by providing internal trainings/demos and creating knowledge articles

What you can bring to the role:

  • Excellent problem solving, issue resolution and technical incident management
  • Proven experience in providing outstanding customer service to customers internal and external with a friendly approachable attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all stakeholders, on all levels
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Can work autonomously, troubleshooting problems on your own
  • A highly organised nature with high attention to detail
  • Good understanding of point of sale (POS) systems
  • Previous experience in Travel or Currency Exchange industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience with Travel Money specific technology (GTS, KPOS, Adyen, Webex) would be advantageous
