WFH and Offices located in Sydney CBD

We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager for our client to deliver end-to-end change management priorities across a number of long-term strategic transformation projects.

This is a newly created role on the back of an exciting roadmap of initiatives, the role will require a Change Manager with demonstrated experience navigating the complexities and nuances that come with large-scale transformation projects, and implementing new ways of working.

The Role:

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Driving Change across a highly visible initiatives
End-End Change Management
Senior stakeholder engagement
Manage budgets, deliverables, risks, and resourcing
Conduct stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments
Senior stakeholder engagement

Desired Skills & Experience:

-
Must have: Experience delivering End-End Transformation Projects, and implementing new ways of working
:

Demonstrated completion of driving transformational organisational change and leading the process for embedding sustainable change within financial services organisations
Experience in delivering effective communications and readiness activities for operations teams.
Proven ability to plan and deliver change tactics within an ambiguous and complex environment where information may not be readily available
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Agile)
