Detailed Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the first escalated point of contact for our external customers when their complaints and issues require resolution


Your responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and solving client complaints
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks to prevent larger issues.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure quick and clientcentered issue resolution.
  • Liaising with our store network for conflict resolution,
  • Escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Identifying best practices in complaints handling and trends.
  • Analyzing customer database to identify trends and issues.
  • Accurately recording, categorizing, and reporting complaints and summarizing findings in presentations.

Profile

  • Essential:
  • Consumer Complaints experience or
  • Consumer retention experience
  • Must be able to manage a high volume of work

Technical skills:


  • High proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using Oracle or cloudbased software.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management, process management, service delivery, and project management software
