Grease Monkey Games is looking for multiple
Player Support to join the monkey tree house We have multiple roles available working onsite in our beautiful new studio in Brunswick Victoria.


Note:
that this position is for a new and innovative blockchain / NFT title. Our team is more than happy to answer any questions regarding this during the interview stage.






Key Responsibilities:


  • Responding to customer inquiries: player support staff may communicate with users through our social media platforms, and firstparty reviews (Google Play, Apple Store, Steam) or other channels to address their questions or concerns. They may need to troubleshoot technical issues, explain app features or usage, or help users navigate billing matters.
  • Investigating and resolving issues: when customers report bugs, glitches or other problems, player support staff may need to analyze logs or other data to identify the root cause of the issue. They may collaborate with other teams, such as engineering, and/or Quality Assurance to escalate issues and develop solutions.
  • Documenting and reporting issues: to help improve the quality of apps and games, player support staff may track and report common issues, user feedback, or other metrics to product teams.
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends: to stay relevant and knowledgeable, player support staff may need to keep up with the latest trends, tools, or best practices in the app store industry.



Required Experience:


  • Strong understanding of help desk support processes and procedures.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaint data to identify common issues and work with the player support team to address them.
  • Identify and report any systemic issues to management and work with them to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the player support team to implement process improvements and ensure consistent quality service is provided to all customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with quality assurance methodologies and tools is a bonus.



Bonus:

Professional experience or basic understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and tools.

Professional experience in customer service, community management, PR or similar work is a bonus




Wage Range:


  • Negotiable based on experience.
  • Open to Casual/ Parttime / Fulltime ‍
