Great opportunity for a senior HR Professional to build a people and performance plan in a growing business.
Our client is a national business that service the mining industry and have a strong pipeline of contracts that will bring steady growth to the organisation over the next few years.
Responsibilities
- Provide endtoend support for the entire employment life cycle including talent planning, recruitment & selection, employee relations, staff retention, development, and performance management.
- Partner leadership teams to develop a solid understanding of business needs.
- Lead HR initiatives, systems and projects that drive a high performing culture
- Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on peoplerelated issues.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR generalist
- Confident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely advice
- Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
