Ruby on Rails Team Lead
- $180k + super depending on experience.

  • Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, AWS.
My client is looking for a Ruby on Rails Team Lead to join their team.

They are in the finance based sector based in Sydney, they have the ability to take someone on remotely based within Australia.

They have the ability to pay up to $180,000 + super depending on experience.


About you:

  • Experience in a lead position previously.
  • Vast experience working with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript as well as AWS.
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Come from a hands on background of Ruby on Rails.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously.

About the role:

  • Lead up to 4 engineers in ruby on rails.
  • Work within deadlines, and to a high standard of work.
  • Liaise with other teams in the business.
  • Report to the CTO of the company.
  • Work within a team to implement and develop software solutions.
  • Engage with partners to develop system architectures.
  • Integrate with partners systems for reports.
