About the Centre:

Sunkids Rochedale is a purposebuilt centre that caters for 150 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout 5 fullyserviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group. _

_About the Role _
As an Assistant Food Coordinator you will have a passion for providing healthy nutritious meals daily to the children, as well as:

Be able to prepare, implement and evaluate the nutritional content of menus for children of all ages
Have experience in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget control
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, in accordance with Food and Council Authority requirements
Ability to cater for individual child requirements including allergies, specific dietary requirements and needs

Ability to work 5 days per week highly regarded

_Qualifications _

Proven experience as a Food Coordinator/Chef within an Early Learning setting
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates
Current Blue Card
