Your Organisation
Woodforde Group is excited to partner with this growing firm to assist them to find their next Part-Time experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant Specialising in providing facility services to a variety of industries, this organisation has a family feel and experienced significant growth over the last 5 years

Working for a highly experienced and dedicated Group Finance Manager and supporting the business within a small team of 5, this newly created role will have a direct impact through supporting the team as they grow.

With brand new facilities and a free staff gym on site, this organisation will grow into this space over the coming years

This role is 25 hours per week

Your role
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, your role will involve:

Daily bank reconciliations
Processing customer receipts
Assist with BAS preparation
Credit Card reconciliations
Maintain the fixed asset register
Assisting with preparing financial reports and monthly management reports
FBT Returns
General administration support for the accounts team

Your Profile
You will have demonstrated experience within an Accounts Clerk / Bookkeeping role and have strong attention to detail. You will enjoy working in a small team and be flexible with your approach to your daily tasks. You will have excellent interpersonal skills along with great verbal and written communication skills. You will be proactive by nature and be able to pick up new computer software systems quickly.
