About the Role:


Reporting to the Managed Services & ICT Support Manager, you will work closely with your colleagues in this team and other Rauland teams to achieve the required Customer outcomes.


Some key responsibilities:


  • Build a deep understanding of the Concentric Care platform
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to problemsolve and deliver consistent customer service excellence
  • Respond professionally to service requests in a calm and efficient manner
  • Prioritise work effectively to ensure that high levels of service and support are provided
  • Engage with Customers in a friendly and positive way

About you:

To be successful, you will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering customer service excellence.

You will enjoy working collaboratively within the team to support customers and will be able to prioritise and escalate tasks to meet the required timeframes.


Healthcare is a dynamic environment with unexpected service requirements and this role will see you participate in the out-of-hours roster on a rotating basis.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Demonstrated minimum of 2 years' experience as an ICT Helpdesk Team member
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in ICT, computer engineering or computer sciences
  • Some exposure to Windows and Linux operating system administration and deployment is desirable
  • Experience problemsolving and collaborating with product development teams
  • Experience working with IT Service Management tools to administer and manage service requests
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident and friendly approach
