What does a BSO role at AEA look like?
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Support Officer for our AEA Support Office located in Springwood. The BSO will provide administrative support to our Operations and Executive teams. Reporting to our Operations Manager, this role is an in-office position between 9/9:15am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

The role operates in a solutions-focused environment and is responsible for:

  • Answering overflow calls from the various clinics
  • Training, event and travel coordination
  • Maintenance coordination and liaising with external suppliers
  • Policies and protocol document management
  • Coordinating university program support
The ideal applicant will be motivated and share a vision for a collaborative working environment.

  • Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or 2 years experience in an Office Administration role
  • A selfstarter with the desire to take ownership of the role, outcome focused, and work autonomously in an efficient manner
  • Substantive experience in frontline customer service, inperson and via phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with the management team and team members
  • A collaborative approach to problem solving, communicating, and working within a rostering platform quickly
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Able to develop and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across the hospitals
  • Excellence in creating a memorable, warm, and professional atmosphere for clients and team members
  • Available Monday to Friday 9am5pm for an inoffice role
