Job Description:

This is a great role to kick-start your career with Nine as a
Sales Coordinator in our Radio division.

You'll be responsible for supporting our sales team and delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for a designated agency and client group.

Day to day you will:

Book and revise advertising schedules
Communicate with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
Complete data entry of advertising schedules to our sales and traffic system
Monitor movement of advertising schedules in the traffic system and act to ensure appropriate delivery

Qualifications:

You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others.

You'll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.

What we would like to see on your resume:

Strong customer service orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills required
Microsoft PowerPoint skills (highly desirable)
