About the role

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Youth Wellbeing and Accommodation team and provide the General Manager with a high level of administrative support.

Oversee the entry of invoices, maintain data entry, ordering and distribution of stationary, produce materials to support the team and develop administrative procedures.

About you
You'll be a strong communicator with the ability to multitask and prioritise a diverse workload.

Along with this you'll also have:

Cert II in Administration or similar is desired but not essential
Experience working in a similar position
Experience in financial, payroll and work health and safety systems
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Able to work to task deadlines
COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
