About the Role
- Responsible for institution's management of human resources and administration planning
- Participates in recruitment, management and supervision of the team ; Enhance talents recruitment and improve institution's human resource framework
- Training and supervising employees by using advance computer skills, in order to enhance efficiency on training. Support employees in personal development by managing employees' career pathway.
- Manages institution's cultural development, by shaping and promote company branding and culture, as well as organize internal company activities in order to enhance cohesion.
- Responsible in administration duty including manage office supplies and welfare, maintenance of institution environment, and asset management.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management team and workers, enhance internal communication.
Requirements:
- Qualify as degree or above educational level, and provide minimum 1 year related experience in human resources and administration work.
- Proficient in English language, and capable in working at multicultural background.
- Strong talent recruitment, training and supervision skills.
- Ability to think independently, and willing to work with challenges and under high pressure. Able to present creativity, responsibility, fast learning skills.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, management and resilient skills.
- Experienced in education industry, with ability of sales and marketing, as well as integration skills of resources.
- Excellent driving skills, familiar with Sydney transport.
- Proficient in any languages, include: Spanish / French / Japanese / Korean
Salary:
$70, $85,000.00 per year

- Surry Hills, NSW 2010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
