JOB SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible to lead our etail and marketplace team, strategy, and operations.

Australia and Southeast Asia are two of Crocs highest growth markets, and we're looking for a strong leader to develop and lead marketplace and etail strategy for both short and long-term business growth.


This includes but is not limited to overseeing seasonal sell-in, order processing, prebook/buying management, working with regional merchandising team on segmentation, marketing, dispatch/logistics planning and financial reconciliation.

Macro goals for this role will be to achieve monthly sell-in and sell-out targets, launch and manage current and new marketplaces in SEA by pitching and chasing the top opportunities in the region, track and improve sell-out metrics, manage inventory, plan marketing spends and campaigns in sync with business goals, and maintain account receivable by ensuring timely payments from partners.

This role will manage Specialist, Etail and Marketplaces.

This is a highly collaborative role and will need to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, partners, and accounts.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop & lead strategy for marketplace and etail short and longterm business growth.
  • Champion Crocs brand, product, and business development with key accounts and marketplace partners in SG and AU.
  • Accountable for monthly sellin and sellout targets for etail accounts.
  • Accountable for monthly marketplace targets.
  • Lead rollout of future new marketplace(s) in SEA.
  • Direct gotomarket strategy for all channels.
  • Collaborate with regional merchandising team on assortment and channel segmentation strategy.
  • Serve as market expert, with strong understanding of competitor, customer, and platform insights.
  • Manage brand digital storefronts across all platforms.
  • Manage etail/marketplace team (currently Specialist, Etail and Amazon direct report), ensuring, brand and visuals are aligned with global brand priorities and direction.
  • Serve as collaborator and partner with cross functional teams including finance, wholesale/sales team, merchandising, broader ecommerce/digital team, and global stakeholders.
  • Oversee all etail and marketplace operations, sellin, fulfillment, and inventory management in partnership with customer service and D&L teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience of managing Etail and/or marketplace accounts.
  • Selfstarter, growth mindset, and ability to work autonomously and lead and champion etail accounts and marketplaces.
  • Experience of working on Amazon and/or other marketplace platforms (ie Shopee, Lazada) preferred.
  • Excel proficient.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience managing a team and/or direct report.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% time.
