About the role

An opportunity exists for a passionate and driven client focused, reception and administrative assistant with sound knowledge to join our friendly and supportive team on a part time basis.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess

Essential

Previous reception and administrative experience in a health service

Advanced telephone & administrative skills

Ability to provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner

The ability to work closely with our clinical teams and work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, multitask and priorities workload

Excellent organisational ability, data and computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

Highly developed time management skills

A flexible approach and a willingness to work as an effective team member

Self-motivated and punctual

A strong commitment for high quality care

Desirable

Sound knowledge of data bases IPM, Medical Director, Prac Soft & CPF

An understanding of Medicare billing in a similar role
