A fantastic opportunity is now available for a business driven and personable individual to join our Event Sales team as Sales Manager - Weddings & Social Events.

Your existing event/ sales industry experience and passion will be utilised as you proactively drive Event and Accommodation sales within the Weddings, Social Events and Leisure group markets.


This includes ensuring the highest level of customer service, operating in a fiscally responsible manner, planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximise reach to prospective clients and working closely with key suppliers and influencers within these markets.


SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL DEMONSTRATE:


  • Demonstrated experience within a Sales Management role
  • Previous extensive exposure to the Weddings market
  • A genuine passion for the Weddings & Social Events industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of market trends and initiatives
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite, knowledge of Opera and Advanced would be advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or business related discipline would be advantageous
