At Jetstar, we have a great opportunity for an analytical and result-driven digital product owner/specialist to join our team.

Guided by commercial drivers, customer needs and technology enablement, the
Channel Specialist - Digital B2B will act as the channel owner our travel agency portal and drive the vision and product roadmap to deliver maximum customer and commercial value.


The Channel Specialist will be responsible for optimising our Digital B2B channels and supporting the execution of Jetstar's channel strategy.

This role will enhance our processes and technical enablement for lifecycle management of travel agents, and will use NPS data to identify opportunities to continuously improve customer satisfaction and will drive the delivery of a prioritised roadmap.


To be considered, key skills will include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Business or relevant field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in aviation, distribution, sales, IT or relevant area
  • Previous experience working for an airline, major travel agent chain or travel technology provider highly regarded
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially working as a product owner/specialist
  • Proven ability to analyse and structure complex data and to develop meaningful reports and insights (e.g. Excel, Adobe analytics)
  • Experience working with software tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
  • Demonstrated experience leading small to medium cross functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences
