_ Areas of Responsibility:
_

_Production Control_
- _Ensure all processes are safe and work to achieve zero LTI_
- _Achieve targets for quality, environment, scheduled production and productivity in area of responsibility._
- _Produce production data for collation into reports and maintain visual displays._
- _Maintain area or responsibility in accordance with Lean principles._
- _Provide feedback where existing equipment is inadequate to meet production objectives._

People Practices

Maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure all procedures are followed to meet quality and environmental Standards.
Ensure all production personnel are trained appropriately and identify where there are shortcomings in trained personnel.
Train production personnel in correct procedures, multiskilling and job rotation, ensuring records are kept for all training.
Support the management of the team in the areas of performance, development, induction and motivation.

Management Systems

Ensure that processes and procedures are effectively documented and implemented and actively support other Team Leaders and Production Employees in carrying out their responsibilities.
Actively participate in and contribute to the new product introduction process from a production perspective in your area of responsibility.
Report on issues related to your area of responsibility, including safety, quality, security, maintenance and production KPI's.

Manage Energy Better: Consciously drive for continuous improvement in reusing, recycling or reducing waste.
Maintain awareness of identified and potential health and safety, quality and environmental aspects within the workplace and their impact, including the reporting of any accidents/incidents/near misses or hazards.
Act responsibly to meet the objectives/requirements at the appropriate level as described in the Health, Safety and Integrated Management Systems.
