On behalf of our client (Brunel Energy), we are advertising.
Brunel Energy Pty Ltd is looking for Talent Engagement Coordinator to join their team based in Perth, WA on a full time basis.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
As the Talent Engagement Coordinator, you are responsible for the day to day activities associated with the onboarding of new hires and getting them ready for their first day.
You will also look at efficiencies in how you can improve the process of getting new hires to site faster.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the professional and timely delivery of mobilisation, administration and compliance of our client locations within the metropolitan and regional locations.
- Manage and maintain the Recruitment, Medical and PPE Tracker
- Adopt the Business Partner Model of quality, trust and accountability
- Daily communication to Client Services/ Client Development team on onboarding progress
- Daily communication to onboarding Brunellers
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, site access, training verification, flights and accommodation
- Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- Liaise and maintain relationships with all service providers that form part of the onboarding ecosystem
- Assist in the identification of strategies to improve overall efficiencies of the team
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and people practices to retain skilled tradesmen while in Australia.
Experience & Skill Required:
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Talent Engagement Coordinator
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
- Excellent organisational skills
