We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Administrator within our Aircraft, Training and Sustainment line of business with our team based at Williamtown NSW

Your new role:


As an F-35 Air Vehicle Support Services (AVSS) Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the F-35 AVSS team in day to day administration tasks.

You will report into the F-35 AVSS Site Lead who is responsible for ensuring our AVSS workforce can support the Royal Australian Air Force with aircraft maintenance and operations.


In more specific terms you will:

  • Support AVSS staff with administrative queries
  • Process allowances and overtime and assist Finance with month end
  • Monitor rostering and log any upcoming changes
  • Schedule and book any travel/deployments
  • Utilise Outlook Calendar to organise and manage regular meetings
  • Write clear and concise meeting minutes
About you


As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
  • Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people
  • Motivated selfstarter with excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Organisational and problemsolving skills
  • An ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in Defence industry (desirable)
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Suite along with SharePoint & Oracle (desirable)
  • Certificate in Administration desirable but not essential
