We are looking for an experienced cleaner and people leader to join our team as the
Day Supervisor at La Trobe University - Bundoora.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality cleaning service is provided at the site.


This is a full-time ongoing role (38 hrs/wk) reporting to the Client Services Manager and leading a team of approx.

8-10 cleaning staff.

  • Shift hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
  • Grade 2 plus leading hand allowance
  • Career development opportunity
  • Ensure sustainability, this person is in charge to manage the rubish bins. Must be in a good condition because you should lift important weights.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years cleaning experience, including operating cleaning machinery.
  • Previous supervisor experience will be highly regarded.
  • A highly motivated individual with the ability to train and lead other staff.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Driver licence is required.
  • Working with Children Check is reaquired.
