Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and write targeted, engaging, and plain English digital content, including copy, video, and graphics, that is customerfocused and follows digital best practices.
Produce regular reports on the performance of digital channels against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Complete user research and testing of digital content and products to ensure content meets customer service and accessibility standards.
Ensure that content published on digital channels meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), brand guidelines, and style guide requirements.
Training users in navigating around the intranet
Putting out weekly newsletters

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience formatting complex and lengthy content into user focused digital content
Background/ Experience with Squiz Matrix and Mailchimp
