Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible conditions)

Contract length:12 months

About the Role / Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Materials and Logistics data with High Degree of Accuracy in the Materials Management Database (SPMAT).
  • Maintain Data Consistency Between SPMAT and Other In-House Systems Dealing with Readiness and Construction.
  • Liaise with Procurement Team to Assign Purchase Order Line Items with Material Identity Codes.
  • Coordinate with Expediting and Construction team to Assign Accurate and Consistent Material Demand Forecasting and Allocation.
  • Report on Materials and Logistics Summary and Raise Issues/Concerns Impacting Project Delivery/Schedule.
  • Provide Remote Assistance to Onshore and Offshore Materials Personnel in Warehousing and Material Movement Tasks.
  • Experience in the Use of SmartPlant Materials (SPMAT) preferred

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Warehouse management.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of using SPMAT. Onshore/Offshore plant construction
- ground.

  • Track record of Australian construction projects.
  • Computer literate, extensive use of Microsoft Office suite and construction management and materials databases.
  • Effective English oral and written communication.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant oil and gas engineering discipline in onshore/offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Sound planning and organisational skills.
  • Accountability and Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
