This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver innovative leadership solutions that meet their diverse client needs and drive real organisational change.

Role Overview:

As a Leadership Development Specialist/Learning Designer, you will be instrumental in developing bespoke leadership development programs aligned with best-practice organisational development (OD) theories.

Their work will directly impact their clients by enhancing their leadership capabilities and fostering high-performing cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement executive and senior leadership development solutions based on rigorous leadership theories.
Consult with clients to identify unique needs and craft tailored solutions.
Lead the quality and execution of design projects from conception through to postdelivery, managing scope and budget.
Facilitate innovative and cocreative sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and excellence in learning outcomes.
Drive thought leadership and contribute to the growth of their core solutions and offerings.
Design, deploy, and analyse leadership, culture, and capability assessments to enhance client strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in learning technologies and methodologies to continuously improve their offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, OD, Leadership Development, or a related field (desirable).
Extensive experience in leadership development, learning design, and organisational development.
Facilitation experience and consulting background (desirable).
