This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver innovative leadership solutions that meet their diverse client needs and drive real organisational change.


Role Overview:


As a Leadership Development Specialist/Learning Designer, you will be instrumental in developing bespoke leadership development programs aligned with best-practice organisational development (OD) theories.

Their work will directly impact their clients by enhancing their leadership capabilities and fostering high-performing cultures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement executive and senior leadership development solutions based on rigorous leadership theories.
  • Consult with clients to identify unique needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Lead the quality and execution of design projects from conception through to postdelivery, managing scope and budget.
  • Facilitate innovative and cocreative sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and excellence in learning outcomes.
  • Drive thought leadership and contribute to the growth of their core solutions and offerings.
  • Design, deploy, and analyse leadership, culture, and capability assessments to enhance client strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in learning technologies and methodologies to continuously improve their offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, OD, Leadership Development, or a related field (desirable).
  • Extensive experience in leadership development, learning design, and organisational development.
  • Facilitation experience and consulting background (desirable).
