With over 40 years of experience Nikpol has grown from a two man operation to become a leading supplier for the new home, renovation and commercial joinery market across Australia.

Nikpol is looking for an energetic and organised
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to work in our growing Customer Service Department.

The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and includes:

Address counter and telephone sales enquiries from both external and internal customers.
Processing sales orders into the system in a timely manner
Liaise and communicate with key customers regarding production lead times and delivery enquiries.
Assist and resolve queries from customers promptly.
Upsell Nikpol's broad range of products and promote the marketing campaigns.
Manage work priorities.
