The Role

As the Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and improving governance and reporting frameworks within an integrated workforce under broad direction.

Responsibilities include coordination of governance maturity assessment, performance information, business planning activities, committee support, business intelligence data support, and scheduling the team work plan.


In this position you will report to the Governance and Reporting Officer and play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks, systems, frameworks and tools, with a strong focus on achieving best practice and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for building and sustaining productive working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and performance complex duties to agreed priorities.


About our Team
The Business Optimisation Team sits within the Deputy COMTRAIN Directorate at Training Force Headquarters.

The team provides business optimisation services to Training Force to enable timely and accurate decision-support information and systems with the process of identifying and implementing new methods and processes that aim to redesign and streamline, ensuring a continual improvement cycle is in place for efficiency.

This role reports to the Governance and Reporting Officer currently located at Training Force Headquarters, Campbell Park.


The Project Support Officer will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, highly developed organisational skills and a proven record of supporting multi-disciplinary teams toward required outcomes.
