Job Overview:

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and have a pleasant experience.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, Booking Leads, and maintaining the overall appearance of the Showroom. Your friendly and helpful demeanour will be crucial in building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Assist customers in finding products and providing product information and recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating to the appropriate personnel if necessary.
Maintain a neat and organized Showroom appearance by arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to start their career in the retail industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
A positive and approachable demeanour, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and operate the CRM system.
