    The Role

    Weare currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduates to join our 2025 Graduate Program in our Governance and Risk Advisory (GRA) division in our Melbourne office.

    Graduate Program
    In your first 2 weeks as a Moore Australia (VIC) Graduate you will participate in a structured Graduate Orientation.

    Orientation will consist of a mixture of activities including getting to know your colleagues, your buddy, and your team; introductions to all our service lines; systems training; compliance programs; soft skill trainings and lunch with our CEO.

    You will have the opportunity to attend the National Graduate Conferencewhere you will meet our National Team and connect with other Graduates across our Australia network.

    You will take a deep dive into your chosen service line, with a comprehensive training program to gain a strong understanding of your new role and equip you with the skills for a successful start to your career.

    You will learn about all the Learning and Development opportunities available to you, including the CA Program, and our ongoing Moore Australia Graduate training programs.

    As a Graduate in our Governance and Risk Advisory team, you will be involved in:


    Communicatingwith clients where required, developing a detailed understanding of their business to determine how Moore Australia (VIC) can best meet their needs.

    Assist in planning out Governance and Risk Advisory engagements by identifying risks to determine the Governance and Risk Advisory/Internal Audit strategy.

    Assisting with preparing business reports and engagement letters for the client, highlighting key issues and recommended actions.
    Ensuringjobs are completed effectively by meeting deadlines and keeping within budget.

    Ensuringall Governance and Risk Advisory files are completed in line with the Moore Australia Governance and Risk Advisory (Internal Audit) methodology.

    Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant regulatory requirements.
    Assisting with ad hoc client queries and administration tasks (e.g.
    proposals).About you
    On top of your passion to succeed within the accounting industry, we are looking for candidates who display the following:
    A collaborative team player with a willingness to participate
    A sense of leadership in your studies or work environment
    Good analytical and critical thinking skills
    Strong attention to detail
    To be eligible for this program candidates must have:
    An Accounting, Commerce or Business-related degree
    Due to complete an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2024 or by January 2025

    To be considered for the Graduate Program, all applicants must be available to attend in person assessment centres and interviews between 6 May 2024 to 31 May 2024.
