About the role:
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team with my client.
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, duties will include:
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure everything is kept up to date and customers don't exceed their allocated credit limit
- Conduct investigations into any discrepancies within customer accounts
- Responsible for a portfolio of existing and new brands & clients, managing the banking, onboarding and credit control
- Process all money received on a daily basis
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer files
About you:
An excellent communicator with experience working within a commercial environment and dealing with high volume customer accounts.
Bringing demonstrated experience in analysing credit reporting services and online credit card merchant systems, you will also possess the following:
- Strong internal & external stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to effectively manage own time and excellent attention to detail
- SAP experience (desirable)
- Proven debt recovery experience and experience with credit insurance protocols
