    About The Builder
    This emerging builder has over the last few years built a business that operates in multiple sectors, completing a large range of commercial projects from health, aged care, education - primary to tertiary, industrial, fitout and refurbs.


    About The Culture
    The owner, who comes from a Top / Upper Mid Tier background, has built the business around the philosophy of keeping things simple, if there is a problem on your project fix it. If you are not sure of the best approach talk to management, and you will come up with a plan together. Straight forward communication allows everyone to do their best work, learn from each other and stay in front of the game as much as possible.


    About The Opportunity
    They are currently delivering one of their mid rise resi projects ($30mil construction cost) and would like a Senior CA to join the team to provide more commercial leadership on the job. With WFH options, flexibility around family and personal commitments and competitive salaries, they offer a great place to work for people who focus on being productive with successful results rather than time at your desk.


    What You Will Need To Succeed
    Experience leading the commercial outcomes on other similar size projects from start to finish. A degree majoring in Construction Management or similar is also required.
