We are looking for a highly talented, self-motivated and dynamic
Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney.


Main duties include:


  • Execute campaigns and tactics to support overall regional business growth through understanding the market (market segmentation (ICP), growth opportunities, key industries and solution areas) and determining appropriate strategies together with Sales.
  • Execute and rollout corporate programs and events locally.
  • Plan and manage Co-Marketing initiatives in collaboration with Partners and Channel Management.
  • Maintenance of the CRM system for data documentation and data acquisition from customer communication and sales activities.

What we look for:


  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, in a software or technology environment and adept at current B2B marketing techniques (lead nurturing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, etc.)
  • Good understanding of sales processes and needs, together with a goaloriented approach and a strong focus to the bottom line.
  • Proven marketing execution skills across key functions including Demand Generation, Direct Marketing, Events, PR, and Web; demonstrate a command of the marketing mix to both leverage the captive installed base as well as prospect and ability to organize.
  • Informal leadership skills with a natural ability to coordinate and execute multiple full campaign lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
  • Previous experience in working in a small dynamic local team while being part of a global team.
  • Experience in Marketo and SFDC.
