What you'll do


As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing operational activities within our Gateway facility, ensuring efficient and effective processes to meet our high service standards.


  • Supervise and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound operations, including sorting, scanning, and processing of packages, to ensure timely and accurate handling.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control measures to uphold service standards and minimize errors or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety regulations and security protocols.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, management, and other departments to coordinate operations and address any issues or concerns.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Ability to supervise with leadership qualities within a logistics or distribution environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the areas of operations/logistics, sales, industrial relations, and contemporary leadership principles
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
