As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers over the phone.

Your primary duty will be to engage potential customers, pitch products or services, address their inquiries, and ultimately close sales deals.

You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.


Benefits:


  • A base salary of $65,000 +11% Super, Uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses
  • Permanent Position
  • 6month salary review based on performance
  • Sydney CBD location
  • No weekend work Monday to Friday, 8.30am5pm
  • Birthday leave
  • Annual Overseas trip for high performers
  • 3month Training and development programme

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Present and pitch products or services to prospects, emphasizing their features and benefits.
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Follow sales scripts and strategies provided by the company, adapting them as necessary to individual customer situations.
  • Accurately record customer details, interactions, and sales information into the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for crossselling or upselling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
  • Participate in sales training programs and ongoing professional development to enhance selling skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection or objections.
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
