Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace.

Renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial, they have built a strong team with a number of agents who are ranked as the best in the market.

They are now seeing an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee an established portfolio across a diverse range of assets.

You will be working under a highly regarded Head of Department with lots of growth potential through ongoing training and development.

Additional duties include:

Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
Prospecting for new business.
Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.

To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration, have at least 2 years' experience in Commercial Property Management (ideally managing your own portfolio), or be a highly experienced Assistant Property Manager looking for that next step.

You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients.

With the ability to manage your time effectively skills you will also have a current driver's license and a reliable car.
