About the Role

Duties

Proactively identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of confirmed bequestors and potential benefactors.
Coordinate comprehensive communication and nurturing programs for donors, including mailings, digital campaigns, and personalised interactions.
Maintain accurate records on CRM database and generate reports to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to organise targeted events and engage bequestors.
Utilise volunteer programs to enhance the Gifts in Wills program.

About You

Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in utilising digital tools for effective donor engagement.
Experience in fundraising, donor care, or Gifts in Wills roles is advantageous.
Empathy, flexibility, openness to learning, and ethics are key skills in this position.

Please note to be successful in this role you must hold a full NSW Driving license and access to a car
