The Theatre Bar at The End of The Wharf is hiring a Head Barista/ Supervisor.

If you have a passion for the arts or theatre and want work in a place with the most incredible view of Sydney Harbour, this could be for you.

You will create consistently amazing coffees while providing high levels of customer service to all clientele.

The Role

Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
Continuously deliver informative, professional service
Multitask as required in the Bar area
Take orders and enter in POS
Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
Lead by example and mentor and guide new colleagues
Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required

About You

Min 1+ years as barista/head barista
High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas
Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
Latte Art
Supervisory experience is highly regarded
Experienced and motivated about working in a fastpaced busy environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Must hold valid RSA
Working rights in Australia
