About the role
As part of this position, your primary responsibility will involve offering administrative support to the Projects team.
Your tasks will encompass managing interactions with both prospective and current customers, as well as coordinating with external suppliers and distributors to guarantee seamless operations and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating schedules
- Helping with any customers enquires/assisting with order related issues
- Answer and redirect calls to the team
- Monitoring customer orders
- General support to the Projects team
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Have a confident and positive personality
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be proactive and hard working
- Be up for a bit of office banter
