Job Description:

We are seeking a night expert who is dynamic, energetic, a people person who thrives on a busy overnight environment to join our busy Front Office Department as an overnight Supervisor at Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour.

This role will include exposure to all areas of the Front Office function including reception, concierge, and switch/communications.

In this role the overnight star will:

Maintain high quality of guest services primarily in the areas of arrivals, departures, rooming, special needs and guest enquiries
Responsible for optimising hotel occupancy and room rate
Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
Assist Front Office Management to operate a highly proficient and productive front office of the hotel
Direct team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
Assist the Night Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures

Qualifications:

Previous Front Office experience and exposure to Opera preferred, well presented and have flexibility to work a rotation of overnight shifts
