You will be joining a team who are collaborative with an open communication style, imaginative in terms of their recruitment and HR strategy and open to developing new and creative ideas to attract lawyers and support staff to the teams.


A summary of the role:

A 360-degree role encompassing all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
Liaising with Partners and managers in the firm to understand the needs of their teams.
Prescreening of applicants and decision-making in terms of next steps.
Coordinating and attending interviews and delivering feedback to all parties in the process.
Designing ads, articles and promotional material.
Conducting all necessary employee checks in line with the firm's recruitment process.
Prepare offers, contracts and documentation within the relevant company policy framework.
Designing creative campaigns for law clerks, interns, graduates, qualified Lawyers and operational staff.
Support HR Partners in additional projects as and when required.
Assisting with tracking performance management and recording performance reviews.
Assisting with Learning & Development programmes for Law Clerks, Support staff and Jnr Lawyers.
Inputting into the firm's offering in terms of benefits, health and well-being, mental health initiatives and diversity and inclusion.
Health & Safety programmes.


This is a broad and varied role and requires someone with tenacity, the ability to prioritise, work across a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to meet deadlines.

You will have a natural passion for working with people, and enjoy bringing your ideas and enthusiasm to the workplace.


You will have secured 3+ years of experience in HR in the Legal industry - Law would be a bonus.

A proven track record of hiring lawyers and support staff.
An understanding of the legal profession.
Have excellent organisation and communication skills.
Led recruitment projects.
Have proficiency in using Mic Office and Talent systems.
