You'll contribute to:


  • Provide, training, advice, support and mentoring to the Claims Management Group in the field of mental injury to develop capability to improve customer and stakeholder experiences and return to work outcomes.
  • Be responsible to lead specific programs of work within the strategy and evaluate their performance/outcomes/results
  • Provide evidence informed mental injury guidance and support across nominated strategic projects and business initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Mental Health and Injury Claims Strategy and model are maintained.
  • Engage with and influence key customers, provider associations and internal and external stakeholders within the mental health and injury ecosystem to deliver better claim outcomes and business objectives in line with the Mental Injuries Claims Strategy.

A bit about you:


  • Tertiary qualifications in allied health, business, allied health or a healthrelated field
  • Minimum 5 years senior experience in return to work and workers compensation
  • Operational management experience including development and implementation of business plans
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities; aimed at addressing business problems through pragmatic changes work
